All rates are in Canadian dollars. Registrations will be accepted up to 5 pm on APRIL 25, 2008. On-site registration will take place on the first day of the Masterclass (see the early registration bonus below).

What's included

Payment

You can pay by credit card or mail your payment. Registrations can be made online (credit card only) or by email, mail, or fax. All registrations are being handled by the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI).

Cancellations and substitutions

Cancellations received after Friday, April 25th, 2008 will be subject to a service charge of $100. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge.
