What is an expert review?

An expert review provides a cost effective method for quickly identifying opportunities for significantly improving your customers’ ability to achieve their top tasks. We look for calls to action, clear navigation, relevant search results, content appropriate to the task, and many more attributes of best-in-class websites or web applications.

When should I do an expert review?

The reviews can be done at any time. It typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete and costs between $3-6K. They are most useful just prior to usability testing, to inform the creation of appropriate tasks; or just before a redesign to help prioritize those parts of the customer experience most in need of improvement.

What do I get?

Usability issues are identified and prioritized in a report consisting of many annotated screens shots that demonstrate the issues in context. Recommendations for improvement are provided along with a summary of suggested next steps. We review the findings with your team, allowing time for discussion of to ensure you are left with actionable steps forward.
